"I’m not interested in legacy wealth buildings, and my children know that. "I inherited my wealth from my husband, who didn’t care about the accumulation of wealth," she said. In a 2020 interview with the New York Times, Powell-Jobs said she and her late husband do not believe in "legacy wealth building" and that her children are aware of this. Interestingly, unlike Steve, she will not be passing down this fortune. Today, Powell-Jobs is worth over $22 billion. He left most of this to his wife, which included stocks in Apple and Disney. Steve Jobs's net worth was valued at $10.2 billion at the time of his death on October 2011, reports Celebrity Net Worth. Before his death, the former Apple CEO amassed a multi-billion wealth that he left to his wife Laurene Powell-Jobs - a fortune his children will not fully inherit. Steve Jobs is best known for co-founding, Apple, the most valuable brand in 2020.

So it stands to reason that we have had roughly the same intuition for at least as long. To start, Homo Sapien Sapien (that’s you) has existed in roughly the same genetic form for the last 200,000 years. It may have worked for Steve, but there is plenty of evidence to suggest that on average, our intuition is often wrong. That said, I don't agree with the idea of trusting your intuition as a guiding principle in life or in business. His ideas on focus, simplicity, and design have had an enormously positive influence on technology and the lives of countless people, including me. Steve Jobs was obviously a great man who left an amazing mark on the world.
